Our standard estate sale commissions are based on total gross sales. Our commissions for estate sales grossing less than $25,000 are 40%, $25,001-$50,000 35%, $50,001 & above are evaluated on a per case basis. These fees are inclusive of advertising, security, trash removal, and the estate sale itself.
Our average estate sale takes less than 1 week to set up, however this can vary based on the size of your home and collection. Please contact us for a more accurate estimate of time. Payment is issued less than 7 days after the estate sale has concluded.

Yes! There is no collection too large for us. We are one of the biggest buyers of fine art, jewelry, and antiques in California and are well funded.
If you are selling your antiques outright to us you will be paid immediately. For high value collections, wire transfers can be arranged. Estate Sale payments will be issued less than 7 days after the sale has concluded.
In short, no. Most appraisals are for insurance purposes and do not accurately reflect the secondary market value of the item. We do however pay close to the estimates provided by major auction houses and appraisals for estate liquidation. No waiting. No fees. No fuss.
Yes. We provide a mail in service for jewelry, gold, silver, and paintings. Ship us your items and we will make you an offer. Once accepted we will send you a check or bank wire, otherwise we will return your package. For large and expensive collections, we will travel out of state to you.
